Coco and Christina

Coco de Mer have been selling my plates for a few years now in their stores in Los Angeles, London and more recently in NYC.
I was happy to find out yesterday Christina Aguilera became a trixie Coco customer and purchased a couple of plates from their Melrose store.
Her privacy considered I will not divulge the words she chose but they were very naughty indeed.
How very fitting given that new racy look and video shoot of hers.
Wouldn't it be cool if some naughty china made it's debut via a Christina video- hey my fingers are crossed!

recently a featured artist on Etsy creates great detailed artworks on a small scale with movie themes.
I bought the Big Lebowski set of coasters but have put them up on the wall where they won't be damaged by careless shenanigans after partaking- bound to happen ya see.
A collection of Movie Directors might be next, but it's so hard to choose 'cos the likeness is remarkable and the choice so interesting.
The Dude would be most impressed I'm guessing- go shop there right now!

New studio up and running

Feels good to be in and working- still chaos as I'm drying the plates on the floor so we can paint the walls. Nice to have my own kitchen and bathroom and loads more space and light than before....

Dogone but not forgotten

RIP Chase aka Chuppy, aka the Wonderdog....
Our family dog died yesterday aged 15 1/2 that's about 90+ human years.
Not from old age but as a result of being run over up at our boatshed, her fave place.
The last day of our holiday we were wondering if this was going to be her last summer up on the Kaipara, given her advancing years.
Partially blind and deaf and some arthritis in the back legs meant she didn't hear the car start up and didn't move in time even though the driver reversed slowly...
Five last gasps and she gave in to the inevitable facing the wharf her fave bait scrounging place.
Adios amigo, you were a great companion for 15 years and I will miss our walks together in the early morning.
I hope you're in doggie heaven having a good old hoover for those leftovers,
